AGM Voting - 2026/27 Season

Members of the club (like yourself) have now have started receiving their Vote Key envelopes for our upcoming AGM on 14th May 2026.

Please keep this code safe, as we cannot replace it and you will not be able to vote without it.

During the AGM, the elected members of next season's Management Committee and General Committee will be announced.

If you want to nominate yourself for any roles within the club, please complete this form here.

The code you have been given is unique, randomly generated, and not known to anyone other than yourself. We have used this method of voting to guarantee that:

• every member gets the opportunity to vote whether they can attend the AGM or not;

• votes are anonymous;

• duplicate votes cannot be made.
